What should you do when your client decides to compete with you?

Or, are you the client and you know it’s time to part ways with your coach? What should you say?

This can be a hard conversation to have, but it does come with the territory of having relationships. And today, my former & current client, Ellie Barclay, who supports entrepreneurs & founders to harness their genius so they can go ALL in on their life & business, is joining me for this discussion. The two of us had this exact conversation not too long ago when Ellie decided to let me go as her coach. So, tune in to find out how it went!

We’re exploring:

  • How to know it’s time to part ways with your coach

  • What leadership looks like when your client wants to leave (It’s not what you think!)

  • Why coaching is SO effective & what it’s designed to amplify

  • If it’s OK that clients want to leave? What does it mean? Should you adjust?

  • Who holds more responsibility in the completion conversation to ensure its *clean*?

  • What will automatically cause a trauma response within this conversation

  • Why Ellie decided to complete & then return to coaching with me

  • And much more!
