I talk about the relationship between clutter and procrastination. Our external world, especially our home, is a reflection of our mental space and health. When our home is in order, we have more energy to undertake new projects and achieve our goals. Living in clutter makes us feel burdened by the emotional weight of possessions we can't let go of and prevents us from having the mental clarity to make good decisions. The result is that we procrastinate on the most important actions to achieve our dreams. If you feel overwhelmed by the disorder in your home and want to create a space that makes you feel free and light, this episode is for you. Organizing your spaces moves energy, raises your energetic vibration, and allows the Law of Attraction to work in your favor. It's a simple way to tell the universe that you're ready to receive the things you want to attract into your life.
