It's hard for men to be vulnerable. We're taught from a young age that we need to be strong, stoic and in control at all times. This can make it difficult for us to express our emotions, especially when it comes to anything that might be seen as "weak."

However, being vulnerable is not a sign of weakness. In fact, it takes a great deal of strength and courage to open up and share our feelings with others. When we do so, we are showing our true selves and allowing others to see us for who we are.

Vulnerability can also be a source of strength in relationships. When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable with our partner, we are creating a deeper level of intimacy and connection. This can lead to a more fulfilling and lasting relationship.

So why is it so hard for men to be vulnerable? There are a number of reasons, but one of the most common is that we simply don't know how. We've never been taught how to express our emotions in a healthy way. As a result, we often bottle them up until they explode in an unhealthy or destructive manner.
