I want to talk about ROI, the dreaded ‘Return on Investment’ discussion. More importantly, what is the ROI of social media? And listen, if the only thing you're considering is ROI, you might be missing the wider picture.  I remember having a conversation with someone years ago –she was in promotional products at the time– and she held up a logoed clicker pen and proclaimed, “I can absolutely prove the ROI of a pen.” I looked at her and thought, "That is absolute crap!" ROI and social media are not magic. It's not like I'll post something on Facebook for a client and instantly the sky will open and clients will start to fall from the sky. Social media doesn't operate that way. ROI doesn't truly operate that way, either. Tune in and let me explain how Social media ROI works. And when you’re done, I would like to hear from YOU.
