When she isn’t meditating, you can find her quietly contemplating life on her back patio as she listens to the birds while enjoying an iced almond milk latte. She is also an artist, chef, and an avid reader who loves watching baking/cooking shows. She lives in Lake Oswego with her two teenage boys and their adventurous orange kitty, Link.
