Bio: Emily Diekmann, a Southern belle from Memphis, has had a fortunate life, moving around due to her father's work in the VA system. Now residing in Austin, she and her husband work together as entrepreneurs, while also raising three boys aged 15, 13, and 11. Emily retired from the military, where she met Carl, who is finishing up his time in service. Amidst all the bustle, Emily finds excitement in the various endeavors she and Carl have on their plate.
