Today's episode features our very own mental health advocate and founder of Overcoming 2 Become, Erica Trinette. Today we shared about the importance of boundaries during the upcoming season where family and friends sometimes have a tendency to overstep them. As we move towards the holiday season, it's important to keep in mind that our relationships with loved ones can sometimes be challenging, especially if they involve past traumas.

However, setting and maintaining boundaries can make all the difference. It's ok to say no if something or someone triggers you, and this can actually be a form of self-care. Erica is here to talk to us about her experience in managing boundaries and how to deal with any uncomfortable situations that may arise. She is the perfect person to guide us through this season with care and compassion.

Don't forget to check out Erica's non-profit, Overcoming 2 Become, that helps adult survivors of childhood trauma. The team at Overcoming 2 Become is dedicated to providing support, resources, and hope to those in need. Check out www.overcoming2become.org for more information and connect with Erica on social media @EricaTrinette.

So sit back, relax, and get ready to learn how to set and maintain boundaries with us on today's episode. We promise you won't want to miss it!
