Hey, everybody. Weeks Weekly is coming back to you with a complete and utter change of pace. WHY? I've been taking a closer look at my podcast, and the amazing guests and information I've been sharing, and I've realized that it's time for a change. I want to get into a different direction and get into a groove that is simple. It's about being authentically me and the challenges I'm facing right now. Let's dive into this new direction together, shall we? ✔️ Let's make those big generational changes that have an impact well beyond us. The revamp for Weeks Weekly is what I do for myself, but also with the hope of helping others facing similar personal and business struggles. By building a community and tribe that understands that regardless of age - whether you're 35, 45, or even 52 - life's challenges such as addictions, unhealthy choices, and feeling undervalued, can all be overcome. ✔️ Overcoming resistance to change. It's pretty funny, isn't it? When you finally decide to change, every fiber in your being pushes back. And it's not just your body - even your environment resists change. ✔️ Commit to pursuing optimal health and optimal wealth daily. Starting from now, the Weeks Weekly will revolve around achieving better health and wealth. To be honest, I became quite complacent and lost my way when my business slowed down. I am now ready to get back on track and excited to share this journey with you all. ✔️ Be grateful to people you have a common future and don’t dwell with those you have a common past. As a business owner and a game changer, focus on people that inspire you and push you to become your best. You also have to accept that you can't hold onto the people from your past. Some will be with you on your new journey, and some won't - and that's okay. ✔️ It takes courage and determination to become THE ONE. Business leader and motivational speaker Ed Mylett often speaks how people around us look to us for hope and inspiration therefore we must believe that we must pull through no matter our struggles and use our lives as an example to help others lead better lives, too.
