Our boundaries tend to get overlooked as more and more tasks, cases, and translation requests get added to our already full caseload. I don’t want you to face burnout before you get started, so here is some insight, amiguita.

In this episode, I'm answering a complicated question from our community. I’m sharing some tips from my 10 years of experience on how you can survive and thrive in a turbulent education system. Don’t miss this week's Latinas Empowering Latinas, ‘How to set boundaries as a bilingual employee’.

Main Topics

  • My three tips to manage your caseload
  • What community resources are in your area?
  • Know your limits
