I had the pleasure of switching up the order of the way I interview my Guest. Paul Zolman and I speak about The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman.

  1. Words of Affirmation.
  2. Quality Time
  3. Physical Touch
  4. Acts of Service
  5. Receiving Gifts

I have been on a path of healing through therapy and Spiritual Healing. My therapist has unpacked the love languages of Gary Chapman encasing me with assignments about what mine are. I come from a family who does not do much physical touch. I had to peel back a lot of trauma from my childhood and abusive relationship to understand what my Love Language is. Paul also provided me with sheets and die which you can purchase on the site to work on my kids who come from the toughest parts of NYC the concrete Jungle. I was grateful to have had Paul speak on a crime he witnessed and Domestic Violence at the hands of his own family members. You can go from unlearning behaviors you pick up and learn to reprogram your mind. You can also have a paradigm shift and unlearn the maladaptive behaviors picked up from childhood. Many of us cope very differently. I have known the way to attack a traumatic experience is to seek professional or spiritual help to unpack a lot of the personalities we have developed or people we have hurt in the past. Together we can move on to a better Language of Love. WHAT IS YOUR LOVE LANGUAGE? Thank You all again for your support. I appreciate you. The sources below were pivotal in helping me conduct the research for the episode. I want to thank you for supporting me. You are Loved. The information shared was between the sources below. You can further dive into this case by clicking on the links below. I can be reached at mbpatpodcast.eandj@gmail.com or reach out to us at MBP (Murder, Blood and Psychopath) Podcast (@murderbloodandpsychopath) • Instagram photos and videos. Reach out via email and I can share on Air what yours are. Paul's Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, and Youtube are at the bottom of the page. The page to purchase the items are below. I am grateful that Paul has provided me with tools to try on my kids to learn to attack education through the 5 love languages. This is a self discovery we are on. I believe we all have love languages.

Biography

Paul Zolman is the international bestselling author of the Role of Love, but the true author of love is God. In His wisdom, He placed us in a variety of circumstances that require us to find our way back to His pure love. So, what qualifies me to speak about love? My childhood experience of the opposite of love. From that austere beginning, and the distaste it formed inside me, I searched for and eventually created a method that transformed my life from anger to loving everyone. Growing up in a family of abuse, physical touch became my preferred love style, only because of the regularity. I could almost count on it. It was consistent. I came to think that was the way to express love. But deep inside, I knew that was a twisted belief. I wanted a better life for myself, which is why I created a paradigm shift that works. In this book, you’ll find what helped me move from a childhood boot camp of abuse to being a person who loves everyone and can find good about anyone in any circumstance. This is truly the role of love. I hope you join me.
