In this week’s episode, I’m talking to the awesome Sinead Kennedy.

Sinead is a passionate travel writer and author. Her debut book, “Life Is A Cycle,” launched on International Women’s Day 2023. As a Mental Health & Wellness Coach, Sinead specialises in helping others to enhance their lives and relationships, particularly their personal connection with themselves. Featured in various Irish and International media, she has openly shared her journey by addressing mental health, overcoming challenges, and transforming her perspective through solo travel and cycling. If you feel lost or stuck, she may just be the coach for you!
Sinead is single, childfree, and lives in Dublin.
Topics that Sinead & I cover are:

  • how she ended up in a psychiatric hospital at the age of 32;
  • why it was both the best time, and the worst time, of her life;
  • how Sinead has always been drawn to travel;
  • how asking yourself what you loved as a child could be the key to living your authentic life;
  • why focusing on what you don't want can be a good way to find out what you do want;
  • why it’s so important to take responsibility for your own life;
  • how Sinead believes that we need to peel back our layers to get to the truth of who we are;
  • how sport is such a huge part of Sinead’s life;
  • why we should all be making time for creativity;
  • the breakdown that happens on the way to change and growth;
  • what Sinead loves the most about solo travel, and the places she particularly loves;
  • how Sinead feels about being single.
