As a monthly columnist for Pizza Today Magazine, host of Thrillist's Really Dough, and Guinness World Record holder for the largest collection of pizza boxes, it's safe to say that Scott has turned his obsession into a lifestyle.
During our conversation, Scott shares insights into the artistry of pizza-making, the cultural significance of this beloved dish, and the fascinating stories behind some of New York City's (and the World's) most famous pizzerias.
We also delve into Scott's personal journey from pizza enthusiast to industry leader, exploring the challenges and triumphs along the way. Scott runs a Non-Profit called Slice Out Hunger (SliceOutHunger.org) doing wonderful things for people in need.
