Human design is something that kept cropping up for me and I finally decided to dive into it fully a few months ago when I began working with today’s guest, Sam Nelson. I have been absolutely amazed (I even cry on my calls with Sam!) at how human design makes me feel so understood and allows me to live my life in such an authentic, aligned way. If you keep seeing the phrase “human design” floating around, and you’re wondering what on earth it even is, today’s episode is going to give you great insight as to why you need to start learning more about it - today!

Joining me for today’s interview is Sam Nelson, a certified Life and Health Coach, owner of Human Aligned, and she reads human design and facilitates breathwork. Sam believes that in seeing people and allowing them to share their experience it brings us all to life, allows us to leave behind the idea of doing more as the only gateway to having and being more and allows us to focus on who we need to become instead of what we need to do. Sam thrives on seeing other people claim their rightful place at the center of their own world, dismantling and re-writing the rules that have been built to keep us dependent on someone or something other than our highest self.

In the episode we discuss all the ways in which human design can begin to seep into your life, helping you to make every decision in the right way and allow you to begin to understand others, too. It’s a really special conversation with someone I’ve been working closely with and I can’t wait for you to listen in!

In this episode, Sam and I are diving into:

  • What human design actually is
  • The way in which human design can facilitate massive personal growth
  • How human design is so different from all the other personality tests
  • Using your human design knowledge to live your life in the most authentic way
