BLACK CROWES have a brand new album HAPPINESS BASTARDS recorded after their 30th Anniversary "Shake Your Money Maker" tour and are coming to Houston to perform at the 713 Music Hall April 5th 2024 Outlaw Dave visits with bassist Sven Pipien whose Atlanta roots and participation with the Robinson Brothers goes back decades. Originally touring with Jane's Addiction and Love & Rockets with Silvertone Records' Mary, My Hope in the 90s he joined the Black Crowes in 1997 just in time to perform with Rock Icon Jimmy Page and the Crowes on the infamous "Live At The Greek" double album as well as participating in Magpie Salute during the band's hiatus including recording at Levon Helms' barn in 2018
