Lust is a common experience. Contemporary culture treats lust as normal and not a problem. “You can look but you can’t touch.” That is not how Jesus treats lust. He says lusting is the same as adultery. Lust is a problem that must be addressed. It objectifies the object of lust and damages the intimacy in marriage.
