We had a blast with Len Garza of Garza Law based in New Jersey. He unloaded TONS of gold nuggets about his transition from big law to solo practice in 2020 at the peak of COVID. He goes through some amazing breakthroughs he has had as a result of getting solid business coaching on mindset and leadership training. He's set up his firm for success and has developed systems to help him grow. We discuss the fears he had, the cash-flow concerns, and how he was able to overcome them.
