Naps Whippin is a locally based chef known to collab with many other chefs and restaurants around Jacksonville. He is the founder of FeedTheVille, which we get to the roots of in this episode. Unlike previous interviews I had Naps take us down the journey from a child, to culinary school, to working in restaurants, to becoming a one man band in his catering business.
Sidenote - Had a camera error shot in 1080 instead of 4K also in auto exposure so it gets very bright randomly through the episode. We fixed it as best as we can in post and have developed a checklist to make sure it doesn't happen again lol
