Charles Woolfork is my guest and we catch up with the gospel great. We talk about music, ministry, family and his song "Walk In Da Light" which is taking off all over the country, press play and find out why.

Bio:

Charles Woolfork returns with the new single “Walk In Di Light
(Ma Sele) from the soon to be released project “Chune & Vybe
(Eternity Musiq Group)
Charles Woolfork is no stranger to the gospel music industry or
music ministry as a whole, with 35 years and counting of
experience he has been a staple and fixture since Benson Music
Group released his inaugural “Givin Up The Praise” CD in 1994
with then group The Praise Covenant Choir. He went on to
release multiple Stellar Award Nominated projects under the
Marxan Records/ Malaco label and travelled the globe singing,
teaching, preaching and worshipping with the biggest of names in
gospel and R&B music. He made several national and

international tv appearances on network and cable shows on
BET, BBC, TBN, The Word network among many others. It was
this world exposure that got his music played in Europe, the
Caribbean and multiple nations in Africa. From this Woolfork
reached a new level of understanding and appreciation for
ministry , music and the gospel and how it affected other cultures
and people globally. It was from this appreciation that Woolfork
has always displayed for the Caribbean and African music culture
that his love for Reggae and Afrobeat music grew. He had early
90’s reggae music being played globally as a result and was
blessed to travel and minister musically and via the spoken word
in a variety of countries. His new single and soon coming project
further shows his love and appreciation for the African and
Caribbean cultures that influence nearly every music genre on
earth today! The new single “Walk In Di Light (Ma Sele)” is an
example of that love and admiration as Woolfork speaks to the
current state of a variety of ills that plague the world and how the
light and love of God’s word and the exaltation of him daily can
bring about the change we need for a better world! The Yoruba
phrase”Iyanu Ma Sele” meaning “Miracles Do Happen” is a new
favorite phrase that Woolfork incorporates as a pure cry out to
God to touch our calamity with his presence and love and
continue to give us hope for our future.
“Walk In Di Light (Ma Sele)” is initially being distributed
exclusively on Woolfork’s “Bandcamp” page at :
