Following Harvey Weinstein's sentencing to 23 years in prison for multiple counts of rape in 2020, he essentially faded from public consciousness. With him behind bars and justice served, his name became synonymous with abuses of power. However, the impact of Weinstein's actions, particularly the emergence of the #metoo movement in 2017, remains significant and relevant. In early 2023, he received an additional 16-year sentence due to another rape conviction.
