TOPIC
This week we’re discussing Getting Out of Our Comfort Zone

PAIN POINT
We all like being in our comfort zone because it feels … comfortable. It’s easy. When so much of our lives as single parents is challenging, it can feel good to simply hang out there. And after being through so much that has beaten us down, we don’t have a clear grasp on our potential. But, to grow, stepping out of our comfort zone and into unfamiliar territory is important. How do we know when it’s time to step out of our comfort zone and into growth?

3 MAIN POINTS
Today, we cover three main points:
1) Defining the Comfort Zone
2) Growth Zone and Panic Zone
3) Moving into the Growth Zone
