The 2016 EHRC report highlights 54,000 women lose their jobs every year due to maternity discrimination.
I started this podcast to showcase stories of women who pivoted their careers, got promoted or started their own businesses after becoming mothers. It aims to show that having children doesn't have to mean the end of women's careers, but rather it can be the start of something even better.
