We analyze the state of NFC North offenses at each position type after the draft and before OTAs. Despite being Bears fans, and despite all the upgrading, we rarely rank them #1 anywhere...today.

We started off the show with our Bad Calls of the Week. Finn ripped the Lakers’ broad-spectrum excuses following their inevitable first round series thrashing at the hands of the Nuggets. Justin tells Tom Brady that during a roast, all bets are off – including octogenarian team owners. And in a lighter moment, J.D. Laments how his vampire skin doesn’t work well with a sunny day on the golf course.

In Tales of a Degenerate, Justin regales on a success of picking 18:1 Kentucky Derby underdog Mystik Dan, and how it covered his other bets.

All leading to our Main Event. The boys went all out, graphic icons and everything, and rating the Bears, Lions, Vikings, and Packers at the following positions: TE, WR, OL, RB, and QB.

(Okay. J.D. and Justin went all out. Finn was busy fussing with sick toddlers but was with-it enough to pick QBs.)

In several categories, the boys were fair enough to shine a kind light on the Lions and proper shade at the Packers. As expected, when the conversation came around to Quarterback and Wide Receiver, things got spicy: Do the Bears have the best wide receiving core in the NFC north? Where does Caleb Williams rank before his first rookie camp snap? How significant were the Bears first two 2024 NFL Draft selections?

Tune in to find out.
