The Word of God is the source of our identity. It is where we can always see a reflection of who we are through Christ. It is the book of reminders—the reminder that we are fearfully and wonderfully made; the reminder that we are His chosen people; the reminder that we are joint heirs with Christ; and perhaps most importantly, the reminder that we are the redeemed of the Lord and therefore should be unafraid to say so!
In today’s episode, we will be introduced to a group of friends, whose identity was challenged through lineage through culture, but before we get fired up, let’s pray and prepare to get tuned up in the Word of God together.
