Episode 38 - On the Set of Empty Nets with Annaliese Bauer
This week we continue our series of short bonus episodes on location from the set of empty nets. Today, Geoff talks with First Assistant Director, Annaliese Bauer.
Annaliese Bauer spent her early life in pursuit of a musical theatre career on the stages of Atlanta, Georgia. After falling deeply and madly in love with Jesus around the age of 20, she not only considers herself an actress but an artist. Surrendering to the Father‘s plan has brought a new passion for collaboration and the willingness to wear whatever hat the He hands her. Some roles she has explored in the past few years have been: writer, producer dialect coach, set PA and First AD. She wrote, produced and acted in her first short film, “Bee The Witness“ in 2023, which debuts this spring. Annaliese’s greatest aspiration is to bring the Kingdom wherever the Lord sends her, whether that be on a film set or traveling the country in her trusty car Decklynn.
