We would need to cultivate a way of knowing in which we direct our social, cultural, psychic, and spiritually marked attention on each other. Women are a dominating force, that is tested with resistance at every turn. This power panel features leading women from around the world discussing the stereotypes, challenges, and opportunities faced by women of color. Women of color comprise 20.3% of the United States population. Despite the population changes in the US, US workplaces struggle to retain women of color professionals. Women of Color have a greater wage gap, are disproportionally represented in low-wage and essential jobs, yet 5.4 million firms are majority-owned by women of color in the US., employing 2.1 million people generating $361 billion in revenues annually.
