And at 11:30am, the Executive Director and Chairman of the new Maryland Thoroughbred Racetrack Operating Authority, Exec. Dir. Marc Broady and Chairman Greg Cross, as we talk all about the new legislation that just got signed and what it means for the future of Horse Racing in Maryland, Preakness, Pimlico and more.
