Today we are talking to Mackenzie Allen, women's health advocate and mother to two darling girls ages 1 and 3. Mackenzie opens up about her struggles with depression and anxiety and how she has involved Jesus in the trenches of motherhood. Its not was to be a mama but we want this! This is something we chose and we prayed for. We can rebrand our perspective to have a more positive outlook on our mothering and gain strength from our Savior to do it in the way that He would have us!
