- If you’re a member of the TRIBE, know that you can join in at any time and do about 25 minutes of stretching.

- It’s manageable and feels great, making it a key part of my self-care routine.

- I also love lemon water.

- From what I’ve read, it’s very good for the lymphatic system.

- It’s something that I feel is healthy for me.
