As the school year comes to a close, it's time to prepare for the summer chaos. Are you a working mom looking for some tips to make the transition smoother? I've got some strategies that work for me and my family that I'd love to share with you.

We recently moved, so finding a good work-life balance has been on my mind a lot. One concept that has really resonated with me is the idea of glass balls and plastic balls. Author Nora Roberts uses this metaphor to illustrate how we should prioritize our responsibilities. We can afford to drop the plastic balls, but it's crucial not to drop our glass balls!
