In this session, Jeremy shows that God and the Divine Institutions He set in order at creation did not change. The world, it's climate and geography, changed through the flood, but the basic structure of how the world was to operate did not change. God confirmed the things He set in order and then added to them to recognize how the world was changing. He is faithful.
