Finally! FINALLY! The investors have started to realize that WeWork is a financial Black Hole and maybe they should stop giving them money. All of WeWorks life rafts abandon them and they are forced to finally turn to public investments.
We learn about their last minute delusional attempt to produce an IPO called Project Wingspan. After their first few attempts fail due to questionable financials and sloppy documentation, Adam is finally forced to resign. And not long after that WeWork was forced to file for Bankruptcy.
If you want to know how a company valued at $47 Billion could possibly go bankrupt, this is the episode for you! Enjoy!
