Permitting reform is perhaps one of the most under the radar issues that has the biggest impact on our economic growth. Most people don't know what it is, or what the current system is like. Well, when people complain that regulation is stifling growth, the way we grant permits in this country is a huge part of the regulatory burden. And permitting reform is an issue much talked about in Congress, but never prioritized enough to pass into legislation. But that may change soon. Utah's own Congresswoman is introducing legislation that will streamline the process to acquire federal permits. Rep. Celeste Maloy joins the show
