There’s no time to lament what you haven’t done. Focus on what’s in front of you right now. Don’t get distracted by the things in the past. You can’t change the past. You have choices in front of you. You can choose to sit on your butt and cry about how things are “supposed” to be, or you can look at the way things are and take action with what you have. Stop fixating on what you don’t have, instead focus on what you have to work with and what opportunities that presents to you.
