We know, you probably aren't thinking about your taxes right now, but did you know that June is the second estimated prepaid tax payment for 2025, which you have to do to avoid penalties? And you are entitled to half of your spouse's IRA or 401k, but are you calculating the taxes you'll pay on that in your divorce settlement? Taxes can get messy during divorce, and we want you to be up on everything you need to know and when. In this episode of Divorce etc..., you'll find out why you can't wait until Feb to start dealing with your taxes, and why it's so important to actually consult with an accountant in the midst of your divorce process - so that you are factoring in all of the numbers that will impact you. (Guest: Donna Stern, CPA)
