In the first installment of the Add 10 More segment Paul, Joey, and Josh talk about the New Jersey Low Embodied Carbon Concrete Leadership Act. A bill promoted as a financial performance bonus for concrete producers that provide product with quantifiable embodied-carbon reductions on state projects.

The bill is set to take effect in 2024, but the benchmarks producers have to reach to gain federal tax breaks have not yet been set, and the initial parameters surrounding the bill have a lot left to explain.
