The planning process will unfold over the course of four years with the majority of the community collaboration occurring from 2020-2022, with input in 2023-2024.

Tyler explains how the plan has been refined from over 1,100 pages to about 172 pages, ensuring it retains critical directives while removing redundancies.

Tyler emphasizes the availability of the final draft of the plan online and in local libraries, and encourages residents to review it and participate in the public hearing.
