In this episode Juliet and Lucy talk about how the need to be busy is exacerbated by our approach to email. How we manage our email (and any asynchronous communication) is key to both our wellbeing and our productivity. Managing your inbox is not your main job and tackling email overwhelm is first about mindset and then about tactics. Learn to build your confidence and set boundaries to make time to do the important thinking that will make the most impact.

What feedback do you have? What did we miss? What would you like to hear more about?
