-CBS Sports’ Bud Elliott started the Blue Chip Ratio data 11 years ago to give an idea of what teams can win the national title for the upcoming year, based on one simple thing: teams need to have signed more 4 and 5 star players than 2 and 3 star players over a 4 year period of time
-That might be pretty simple in terms of understanding why those teams have the best chance…but the question is how many? This year, it’s 16 teams, which are….:
-Ohio State, Alabama, Georgia, Texas A&M, Oregon, Oklahoma, Texas, LSU, Notre Dame, Clemson, Florida, Miami (FL), Penn State, USC, Michigan, and Auburn. Florida State is just outside the threshold…
