The Juneau Volunteer Marching Band convenes once a year for Juneau's 4th of July events. In addition to participating in the Juneau and Douglas parades we do one outdoor sit-down concert prior to the 4th. This year our concert is July 3, 2024, 7:00pm at the Sealaska Heritage Plaza. TJ Hovest, high school band teacher in Fairbanks, is our guest conductor this year.
