Welcome back to the Property Prophets Podcast. We're switching things up in this episode and diving into a topic that's crucial for anyone wanting to succeed in real estate or any other field: fitness. Yes, we talk about real estate every day, but to nail those deals, you need a clear mind, boundless energy, and overall good health. If you're not at your best, your deals won't be either.

In today's episode, I'm sharing my daily fitness routine and some essential hacks to keep you in top shape:

1. Morning Cardio: Kickstart your day with some cardio. It's essential to keep your heart—the most important muscle—healthy and strong. Whether it's a gym session or a few laps around your neighborhood, get moving first thing.

2. Daily Walks: I do three laps around my neighborhood every morning. Walking is an easy, accessible way to stay active and get your body moving, especially if running isn't your thing.

3. Hydration and Vitamins: Drink plenty of water and take your vitamins. I aim for a gallon a day. Trust me, staying hydrated makes a huge difference.

4. Weight Loss Hack: Use a Whoop or Fitbit to track your calorie expenditure. To lose weight, aim to burn 500 calories more than you consume daily. This creates a calorie deficit, leading weight loss.

5. Strength Training: Incorporate weight lifting into your routine. Aim for three to four times a week. Focus on both large and small muscle groups.

6. Consistency is Key: Show up every day, even when you don’t feel like it. Consistency is what brings results.
