Almost didn’t do a podcast today. Last night’s pain and cramps were so intense I had to take too many gabapentin to make it go away…and gabapentin brings on the sleepies for me. Slept straight from 8PM to 1AM had to get up…slept again from 111AM to 7AM. Did NOT want to repeat the sleepies, so, I’ve refrained from taking any extra gabapentin this morning or afternoon. Fighting the back, hip, and leg cramps all day. Those electric nerve tricksters are at a lower vibration right now, so, I’ll try to make a show happen.
