One afternoon while playing a brunch set at Soho House Meatpacking, a member asked me about DJing her wedding that she was planning for and that was taking place in the South of France. At the time I was playing sweet soul music, a cornerstone tone in my vibe and DJ sets. The delightfully corny part of me always hopes that my playing helps get the love energy flowing into that feeling of warm and inviting comfort. All in on love is a risky approach but it is an aural atmosphere that usually comes with smiling eyes and approving head nods. Glad E & M heard what they wanted to hear that day, they also helped me shape the sound of their wedding weekend, here's how it started...
