In this episode, I reflect into the idea that it's not what we do, but what we tolerate that defines us. Using my own experiences, I show how putting up with negative behavior and bad traits can hold us back.

I talk about how important it is to stick to our values and principles when setting standards for ourselves and our teams.

Tune in and…

  • Stop tolerating negative behavior and obstructive traits to foster growth and success
  • Set standards for yourself and your team based on strong values and principles
  • Identify what you're resentfully tolerating and make changes to align with your values

Ask yourself "What are you grudgingly tolerating instead of truly celebrating?" and take a look at your life and make changes to better align with your values!

“You are what you tolerate” by Dave Feidner
