Dr. Racioppi previously held executive management positions in human resources and has over 25 years of experience in this sector. She earned her doctorate in education from the University of Pennsylvania, and her dissertation, “Women’s Mentoring Wisdom,” focuses on how women use and fail to use mentoring at the mid-career level. Dr. Racioppi is a contributing member of Reimagining Talent, Learning & Development Congress, a contributing leadership expert to publications such as Fortune, Fast Company, and Chief Learning Officer magazines, and serves on the Advisory Council of the Women Business Collaborative.

Eric and Dr. Racioppi discuss the transition from functional expert to manager, the psychological shift required to become a successful manager, Dr. Racioppi’s advice for women in management, finding a mentor, and the mission of WOMEN Unlimited.
