While Hungary is seen by many on the right today as a haven of conservatism, abortion remains a very contested issue. Polling shows that the Hungarian public is quite pro-abortion and Viktor Orban’s government permits abortion without limits up to twelve weeks. In this episode, Hungarian pro-life activist Sári Pontifex explains why abortion is popular in Hungary, how the government approaches the issue, and what the pro-life movement is doing to change minds and save lives.
