Known as "That Breath Guy," Rob Rea is originally from Belfast in Northern Ireland. Based in London, England he originally worked in Banking, but a trip to Bali changed the course of his life. The trip and the experiences led him to take in a range of different teachings and modalities of breathwork. From Pranayama, Somatic Experiencing, Qi Gung, Functional Breathwork, Breathwork for Performance, to Transformational Breathwork and Yoga Teacher Training, Rob dived into the dynamic world of stillness.

He joins the #OntheMark podcast to help you to explore various breathwork practices and methodologies, and explore the connection between your physiological and psychological states.

Rob shows how you can create a stillness within for a sanctuary for creativity, introspection and healing, and how you can reduce tension, anxiety and stress and improve your health, well-being and your performance on the golf course.

You will learn about:

Mindfulness and Meditation

Nasal vs Mouth Breathing

Various types of Breathing Patterns

Controlling your Central Nervous System and getting into a Parasympathetic (Flow) State, and

Vagus Nerve Stimulation.

As Rob takes you through a lesson in Breathwork Fundamentals he will teach you how to develop "Ice in your mind with fire in your body" so you can maximize your performance under pressure.
