When it comes to dessert, I’m a simple guy. I don’t need anything that’s set ablaze; something simple like cake, pie, or ice cream will work for me. But perhaps I need to rethink cake. It used to be simple, but now, everywhere I turn, people are creating cakes in all shapes and sizes. And they don’t ever use frosting; they use fondant.
