This one goes out to all the friends who have infused my life with so much joy this past year! We’re here to play the game so why not make it as pleasurable as possible? We as a society seem to have discarded leisure and play for the illusion of non-stop productivity, and we are suffering majorly for it. In this episode, I talk about the underrated method of combating stress, anxiety, and depression by incorporating more of your favorite creative, inventive, and social activities into your daily life. I also discuss the ways in which you can make any mundane task at work or home more fun to do. Let’s get weird! Let’s have a ball doing anything and everything!
