Brett Tolman, former U.S. Attorney, joins Jacki to debunk this brazenly false assertion. Tolman explains that Presidential Immunity is a long-established legal doctrine that has served us well for years - regardless of what non-lawyer commentators and even some court jesters have claimed. Tolman comments on the opinion of former S.D.N.Y. federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy that the U.S. Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity could end 80% of the political lawfare.
