Chino Valley Town Manager Cindy Blackmore announces the promotion of Joshua McIntire to the position of Police Chief upon current Chief Charles “Chuck” Wynn’s retirement. The promotion of McIntire, who currently serves as Deputy Chief, is effective August 15, 2024.
